I really enjoyed Laura’s yoga class! It was a great course for a beginner like me, gentle yet effective. I’ve been having postpartum back pain and she tailored the workout to stretch the right areas and ease the pain.
I highly recommend Laura’s yoga classes. Her instruction is clear and approachable. Each class is set up so that it flows very well and she gives form cues often throughout the class. As someone who has had knee surgery previously, I require some modifications to poses and she handles that very well! I really enjoy my classes with Laura and find that I always feel so relaxed and stretched out afterwards. Plus I really feel my core after her classes which is a fun bonus.

I signed up for a meditation session for an early Monday morning. This helped me start my week off right. Laura has a way to enable the mind to travel to another place and calm the soul. Will be taking another class!

Laura’s meditation class was fantastic! One of the challenges for me with meditation is staying engaged and being able to follow the visualization cues. I usually get distracted halfway through. Laura provided just enough guidance so that I stayed engaged with the meditation and was really able to immerse myself in the guided visualization. I really enjoyed the meditation and was so surprised when I realized half hour was over!
