Acai Breakfast Bowl

acai bowl with fruit and granola toppings drizzled with honey. bowl is placed next to a table plant

An acai breakfast is super easy and quick to prepare not to mention highly nutritious, vegan, and gluten and dairy free. It’s also a great way to get your daily serving of fruit and vitamins packed with Vitamin A, B (niacin, B6, riboglavin), C, K, Fiber, Omega Fatty Acids (omega 6, omega 9), protein, copper, iron, zinc, magnesium, manganese, potassium, antioxidants (resveratrol, cyanidin-3-galactoside, ferulic acid, delphinidin, petunidin), polyphenol, and flavonoids. This is great to have especially around cold season to protect your immune system.

  • Thaw acai puree and mixed frozen fruit for 30 min
