Materials: Skillet, hand mixer, spatula, ladle, mixing bowl
Ingredients: 2 large banana’s, 2 eggs, agave, almond flour, almond milk, olive oil
- Preheat skillet on medium heat
- 2 tbspns of olive oil to skillet
- 2 large banana’s
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 2 cups of almond milk
- Mix with hand mixer
- Ladle in mixture into skillet, flip when golden on the bottom
- Drizzle with agave and serve with fruit of choice
