Chocolate Avocado Brownies - Healthy Foodie - ILYNSI Yoga

Dessert anyone? Chocolate and avocado is a fabulous combination. These are the most moist, flavorful, brownies I have ever tried. They are also gluten free, and filled with nutrients. It is definitely a must try!

Materials: Mixing bowl, hand mixer, baking sheet

Ingredients: Large avocado, cocoa powder, almond flour, almond milk, 2 eggs, agave

  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees F
  • Peel and de-seed avocado


  • Add large avocado to mixing bowl
  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • ½ cup of raw cacao powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup agave
  • Mix with hand mixer
  • Add mixture to baking sheet
  • Bake for 45 minutes
  • Cut in brownie squares
