Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding - Healthy Foodie - ILYNSI Yoga

Chocolate chia seed pudding is a great snack to satiate your hunger in the morning. 

Materials: Mason jar, spoon

Ingredients: Raw cacao powder, chia seeds, honey, almond milk

Preparation:

  • None

Instructions:  

  • Add ¾ of mason jar with almond milk
  • Add 2 tspns of raw cacao
  • Add ½ cup of chia seeds
  • Add 2 tbspns of agave
  • Mix well in jar
  • Let sit for 30 minutes
  • Top with fruit and nuts of choice
