Guacamole and chips - healthy foodie - ILYNSI Yoga

Avocado's are my favorite! They are full of healthy fats and other nutrients and are incredibly versatile in the kitchen. Guacamole is one of my favorite dishes to make. Below are three ways to enjoy this delicious Mexican dish.  

Materials: Knife, fork, cutting board, mixing bowl

Ingredients: Large avocado, salt, pepper, adobo, ½ lime, cherry tomatoes, scallions, jalepeno, tortilla chips

Preparation:

  • Peel and de-seed avocado
  • Chop jalepeno
  • Chop garlic
  • Slice cherry tomatoes in half
  • Dice slices of mango
  • Chop scallions

Instructions:  

  • Add large avocado to mixing bowl and mash with fork
  • Add sliced cherry tomatoes
  • Add chopped jalepeno
  • Add chopped garlic
  • Add adobo
  • 1 tspn of salt and pepper
  • Squeeze lime and mix
