Guacamole and Chips 3 Ways - Original, Pomegranate, & Mango

Avocado's are my favorite! They are full of healthy fats and other nutrients and are incredibly versatile in the kitchen. Guacamole is one of my favorite dishes to make. Below are three ways to enjoy this delicious Mexican dish. 

Materials: Knife, fork, cutting board, mixing bowl

Ingredients: Large avocado, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, mango, pomegranate seeds, ½ lemon, cherry tomatoes, scallions, cilantro, tortilla chips


  • Peel and de-seed avocado
  • Chop cilantro
  • Slice cherry tomatoes in half
  • Dice slices of mango
  • Clean pomegranate and remove seeds
  • Chop scallions


  • Add large avocado to mixing bowl and mash with fork
  • Add sliced cherry tomatoes
  • Add chopped cilantro
  • 1 tspn of salt and pepper
  • Squeeze lemon and mix
    • Option 1: Serve original
    • Option 2: Add ½ cup of diced mango
    • Option 3: Add 1 cup of pomegranate seeds
