Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats - Healthy Foodie - ILYNSI Yoga

One of the fastest and easiest breakfast meals I make is overnight oats. Oats are an excellent source of fiber, protein, and fat making it a healthy choice in the morning. Below is my recipe for overnight oats that I know you will love!

Materials: Cereal Bowl, plastic wrap 

Ingredients: Oats, almond milk, agave, chia seeds


  • Leave overnight 


  • Add 1 cup of dry oats to a cereal bowl
  • Add ½ cup of chia seeds
  • Add 1 ½ cup of almond milk
  • Add 2 tspns of agave
  • Mix
  • Cover with plastic wrap
  • Leave overnight
  • Top with fruit and nuts of choice
