Red cabbage is a nutrient-rich vegetable linked to a variety of health benefits including reduced inflammation, a healthier heart, stronger bones, improved gut function, and perhaps even a lower risk of certain diseases. it is also very versatile in making salads. My red cabbage salad is quick and easy to make and a perfect side dish to any meal. 

Materials: Cutting board, knife, salad bowl

Ingredients: Red cabbage, labaneh salt, pepper

Preparation

  • Chop half a red cabbage
  • Chop dill 

Instructions

  • Combine red cabbage and dill into salad bowl
  • Add 1 tablespoon of labaneh
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Mix until even
