Roasted Cauliflower

Roasted cauliflower is a delicious and high fiber dish you didn't know you loved. This is a simple, easy, and nutritious side dish that is a great addition to any meal. 

Roasted Cauliflower Recipe - Healthy Foodie - ILYNSI Yoga

Materials: Cutting board, knife, bowl, baking dish


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 tblspns of herb seasoning
  • Light spray of oil onto baking sheet


  • Preheat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets and soak in salt water for 5 minutes to remove any bugs or dirt
  • Crack and beat 2 eggs
  • Spray baking sheet with oil


  • Add salt and pepper to eggs
  • Take each individual cauliflower floret and roll around in egg mixture
  • Add to baking sheet
  • Top with 2 tblspns of herb seasoning 
  • Roast in oven for 20 minutes
