Spicy Cucumber Salad

Spicy Cucumber Salad - Healthy Foodie - ILYNSI Yoga

This is perfect summer salad that is light, flavorful, and hydrating. Add this as a perfect side dish to your entree or a daily snack. You can never go wrong with cucumbers! 

Materials: Cutting board, salad bowl, knife, mixing fork


  • 1 small cucumber
  • 2 tblspns sesame oil
  • 1/4 tspn red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tspn salt and pepper


  • Prewash cucumber and cut into thin slices


  • Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl
  • Serve and enjoy!
