We provide a broad range of yoga, mindfulness, and wellness programs in a variety of settings and to a variety of groups. Each program is designed to cater to your personal or group needs. These include:
What are the benefits of a wellness program?
There are many benefits of incorporating a wellness program into your daily routine. Whether it is at work, in a small group with family or friends, or one-on-one you will start to notice a positive shift in your life. Benefits range from achieving fitness goals, improving overall health and wellbeing, enhanced mood, socialization, and having fun. How can you say no to that?
How does the process work?
It's simple! Once you have selected the right program for you, we will send you a welcome form to complete and set up a time for a discovery call. During this call, we will learn all about your goals for your yoga journey and design a personalized session using research-based techniques. We will then schedule a time for the session.
How will you ensure safety due to COVID-19?
We are all extremely concerned about the safety protocols after COVID-19. The safety of you and your loved ones is our top priority. We offer online classes that your friends and colleagues can join together in the safety and comfort of your own homes. For in person sessions, we ask that you bring your own equipment, we will provide the sanitizer and request that you clean your equipment before and after a session. Students will also be asked to maintain a six-foot distance and classes should only take place in a room with proper ventilation.

What styles of yoga are taught?
Hatha yoga with a vinyasa flow that focuses on increasing flexibility, strength, and balance throughout your practice. We also provide meditation services to help clarify the mind. These include guided meditations or breathing meditations.
What props do I need?
We recommend a yoga mat, two blocks, and a yoga strap. You can also use a blanket or bolster pillow.

What if I have an injury?
Your safety is our top priority. During the discovery call we will discuss any injuries or special needs to ensure that we design a practice that comfortable, safe, and caters to your fitness level. We ask that you be very clear about your physical limitations before and during the session. If for any reason, a pose does not feel comfortable for you, notify the instructor and they will offer a modification.
If you have a recent injury, we recommend that you consult with your physician to ensure you are able to perform any physical activity.
How do I book a session?
